“Bao Mango is originally from the southern part of Thailand (where I was born and raised) and Malaysia.

Bao Mango is a small, dark green peel that is very bitter and not very acidic. Most mangoes are eaten while ripe, but this type of mango should be eaten with the skin still green. The easiest way to enjoy this delicacy is with salt and fresh chili. My inspiration comes from childhood memories, food, the sea, the uniqueness of the southern part of Thailand.”
