Shipments
We ship to Europe, Asia, the Americas (except Argentina, Cuba and Mexico), and Oceania, so delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. For domestic shipments within Spain and to Portugal, we use the Spanish courier NACEX. For international shipments, we work with FEDEX, UPS and DHL.
Customs duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For international shipments, Ecuación Natural is not responsible for any issues that may arise at the destination country’s customs. However, we will do our best to assist in facilitating the delivery.

Exchanges and returns
The products offered in our store are backed by well-known commercial brands. Providing the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. Ecuación Natural will accept changes of defective products and incorrect shipments, covering the return shipping costs, provided that the customer gives clear and formal notice within 7 days of receiving the order.
Once the issue has been reported, the transport company will collect the defective or incorrect product (the customer must provide Ecuación Natural with the correct address and availability schedule for pickup).
In cases where the returned product is in good condition, the customer may choose between: an exchange for another product, a store credit voucher for the return amount, or a full refund of the purchase price. The customer has a 14-day period from the date of delivery to return items they are not satisfied with, provided the products are in perfect condition and in their original, unopened packaging.
