“My inspiration for ‘Salome’ was taken from an original photography of 1920 from a beautiful erotic dancer. It is a photography that I spend in my hallway every day, and every time I look at it, I can not help wondering about this daring and mysterious beauty and what her life was like. I felt that his dark and evocative portrait naturally lent itself to the story of “Salome”, who with its intriguing and colorful representations embellished the beautiful literature for centuries. My goal was to create a perfume as enigmatic and attractive as the mermaid in the shoot while extracting from a lot of lovely literature about the fascinating ‘Salome’”.
