“Om” is not only the sound and vibration of the universe, but a visual representation of the states of deep sleep and wakefulness; the illusion of separate material reality and the absolute reality of a single consciousness.

Who knows that you exist in all three states? The natural answer is “I am I”. “I am I” is the ultimate fact. “Who am I?” is the fundamental question to which everyone must find an answer.

Meditation is about directing your attention to the spark within; by its very nature, the mind is directed outward. It always tends to look for the source of things among the things themselves. Being told to look for the source within is, in a sense, the beginning of a new life.
